Items purchased can only be exchanged under the following conditions:
- The item is sold out.
- The item is defective, for example, it has a tear.
For a sold-out item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Sale and discounted items cannot under any condition be exchanged or returned.
Sizing and size chart
Kindly refer to the size chart under Highlights. All sizes are in UK format; please also review the garment measurements. If you are unsure of your exact measurements, kindly seek a consultation from a House of Nach representative.
